Operational Excellence

The Empower25
Quarterly Execution Model

01

Neighborhood Discovery

We don't impose solutions; we identify barriers. Each quarter begins with deep-dive sessions with local Philly school leaders and youth influencers to identify the specific "Advocacy Gap" in that zip code.

Objective

Identify hyper-local trauma triggers and resource deserts.

Output

Customized workshop curriculum tailored to local needs.

02

The 120-Minute Intensive

Our signature intervention. We utilize a high-energy, trauma-informed framework that moves from "Safety" to "Skill" to "Power" within a single session led by Neferteri Raynor.

Format

30m Grounding, 60m Skill Mastery, 30m Project Kickoff.

The Mentors

Philly professionals who look like and live in the community.

03

The Micro-Project

Theory is useless without application. Every participant applies their new skill to a "Micro-Project"—a tangible action like drafting a budget for a local block club or recording a video testimony for Council.

Resources

Direct funding for project materials and digital tools.

Outcome

A portfolio piece showing civic or professional competence.

04

The Advocacy Loop

We close the loop by presenting project outcomes to city leaders. We ensure that youth aren't just doing work—they are being seen and heard by the people in power at City Hall.

The Goal

Direct engagement with the Philadelphia Action Tracker events.

Persistence

Integration into our digital resource library for ongoing support.

The High-Impact Difference

Efficiency is our empathy. We respect the time and trauma of our youth by delivering results fast.
